We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹ 500 within India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status on our website by logging into your account.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us at Support@thedrill.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
7. No Returns on Food Products
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on food items. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a solution.
