Refund and Return Policy
At The Drill, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure the quality of our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns Policy Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase. However, if you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transit, or an expired product, we will be happy to offer a replacement free of charge upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect.
Damages and Issues To process a replacement, customers must send photographs of the damaged, defective, or expired product to us at Support@thedrill.in within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Our Quality Control team will evaluate the product for any defects related to its quality, and if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one. If the product has expired for any reason, we will immediately replace it.
If your ordered product is not delivered, you may furnish proof of purchase to Support@thedrill.in, and we will redeliver the product promptly.
Exceptions We do not accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer
- Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address
- Refusal to accept the product
- Delivery to a person or location specified by the customer, other than the customer
- Events outside our control (force majeure)
- If the product has been tampered with by the customer
No returns will be accepted if a customer simply does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet their expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at Support@thedrill.in, and our customer care team will respond within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST).
Cancellation & Refunds Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund requests will only be considered if the shipping location is not serviced by our delivery partners or if there is an unreasonable delay in delivering the ordered product. Damaged products will be exchanged following our return policy.
Once a refund is confirmed in writing by us, it will be processed within seven (7) working days and returned via the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after initiation.
